Asset Information Management (AIM):

Development and population of the centralized digital repository for all asset data, linking the BIM model to operational information, warranties, and maintenance schedules.

COBie (Construction Operations Building Information Exchange):

Structured data delivery in spreadsheet format (typically COBie Excel or similar) that organizes and transmits essential asset information—including product data, warranties, spare parts, and maintenance requirements—for handover to facility management and building owners.

Electrical:

Installation of power, lighting, low-voltage, and containment systems.

Power Distribution:

Switchboards, Distribution Panels, Transformers, and Generators.

Panel Installation:

Mounting, wiring, and termination of all electrical panels, including:
Main Distribution Boards (MDBs), Sub-Main Distribution Boards (SMDBs), Final Distribution Boards (DBs) / Consumer
Units, Motor Control Centers (MCCs), Lighting Control Panels

Containment & Wiring:

Conduiting:

Installation of conduits (EMT, PVC, Rigid) in slabs, walls, and ceilings.

Cable Management:

Installation of cable trays, ladder racks, and trucking.

Cable Pulling:

Pulling and routing of power, control, and low-voltage cables through conduits and trays.

Building Wiring:

Termination of cables at panels, switches, outlets (sockets), and fixtures; installation of final circuits.

Lighting Systems:

Lighting Fixture Installation:

Mounting and wiring of all luminaires, including:
Interior fixtures (LED panels, downlights, troffers, pendants, track lighting), Exterior fixtures (area lights, wall packs,
bollards), Emergency and Exit lights, Specialty lighting (accent, decorative, task)

Lighting Controls:

Installation of switches, dimmers, occupancy/motion sensors, daylight sensors, and lighting control panels.

Low-Voltage Systems:

Fire Alarms, Data/telecom, security, and BMS.

Mechanical (HVAC):

Installation of Heating, Cooling, Ventilation, and Exhaust systems.

Air Distribution Systems:

Ducting:

Fabrication, assembly, and installation of sheet metal ductwork (galvanized steel, stainless steel), including:

Main supply/return ducts

Air Control Devices:

Installation of dampers for airflow regulation and zoning:

Volume Control Dampers (VCDs)
Fire Dampers (where ducts penetrate fire-rated walls/ceilings)

Air Handling Components:

Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), rooftop units, exhaust fans, and supply fans.

Terminal Devices:

Diffusers, grilles, registers, and louvers.

Hydronic (Water) Systems:

Chillers, cooling towers, boilers, pumps, and piping for chilled/hot water.

Controls & Instrumentation:

Thermostats, sensors, actuators, and BMS integration.

Plumbing & Sanitary:

Installs water supply, drainage, and gas systems. This includes:

Urinals:

Wall-mounted, including flushing systems.

Shower Sets:

Mixer valves, showerheads, and arms.
